I can't view my CCTV on my TV or Monitor?

If you are unable view your CCTV on your TV, try these following steps:

1. Ensure the CCTV recorder is plugged in

2. Ensure the HDMI or VGA cable is plugged in to the TV 

3. Try a different HDMI or VGA cable

4. Reboot the recorder by turning it off and then on again. Make sure all the wires coming into and out of the recorder are pushed in firmly 

I can't view my CCTV on my mobile?

If you are unable view your CCTV on your mobile, try these following steps:

1. Ensure the CCTV recorder is plugged in

2. Check the internet connection is actually working at home / businesses first. Is your wifi working? Can you load a webpage on your phone or computer?

3. Reboot the recorder by turning it off and then on again. Make sure all the wires coming into and out of the recorder are pushed in firmly 

4.If your CCTV is connected directly into your router, try a different port on your router and check again?

5. If your CCTV is connected to a TP Link or Netgear or other wifi extender, you will need to contact us on 03337720954 and we will log a technical call.

How to reset my tp link extender

How to reset TP Link extender:

1. Locate TP Link extender
 
2. Take TP Link  extender out of electric socket and remove ethernet cable
 
3. Plug in TP LInk extender an electric socket in the same room as your router
 
4. Locate reset button or hole and press in for 20 seconds
 
5. Locate and press WPS on router for 10 second
 
6 Locate and press WPS button on TP link for 5 second
 
7. Relocate TP link extender back to its original location and plug in ethernet cable
