HOW FAST DOES MY BROADBAND NEED TO BE?
When viewing remotely it is important to have good upload speed as you will be streaming footage from the recorder. For this reason, we would say that 2MB should be the minimum upload speed required in order to view remotely.
CAN I VIEW MY CAMERA’S FROM COMPUTER OR MOBILE PHONE? LIVE AND RECORDED VIDEO REMOTELY?
Yes, you can connect to any of our recorders as long as there’s a network connection. DMSS (Dahua) or Hik-connect (Hikvision) is available on both Apple and Android devices. If you want to connect from a PC or Mac then there is software available called Smart PSS (Dahua) or IVMS 4500 (Hikvision)

Our engineers take pride in their work and the company they represent. Rest assured that when we work on your premises, we will always look for a way to install your CCTV and hide the cables where possible. We have many ways in which we can do this, but sometimes an external cable has to be run. The utmost care is taken to ensure cables are run nice and neatly where possible along other cables or areas such as pipes and fixings so as to hide them as much as possible

HOW WOULD YOU CONNECT THE CCTV TO MY ROUTER?
As part of your CCTV packages, we will run a wire from the recorder to your router or if you prefer a wireless connection, we can supply and install a wireless extender at a charge of £39.00
CAN I HAVE THE RECORDER IN THE LOFT?
Yes, you can have the recorder in the loft. You need to have TWO 13AMP electric plug sockets in the loft to power the CCTV system. You might also need a wireless extender ( extra charge £39.00) to connect the recorder to your router.
CAN I VIEW MY CCTV SYSTEM ON MY TV?
Yes. You will need to have the recorder by your TV and will also require an HDMI cable ( £10 for 2m HDMI) or if you prefer your recorder to be located away from your TV, you will require an HDMI extender. ( Extra charge £199 ) up to 40m distance
