In line with Government guidance, we have made the decision to continue business as usual from Thursday 5th November, when the country goes into the second National lockdown.
The Government website confirms trades are able to enter peoples properties to carry out work. However if any customer doesn't feel comfortable with us visiting their property during the lockdown period please contact us to postpone at your earliest convenience. If you are experiencing any of the COVID symptoms listed on the Government website, you must make us aware so that we can re-schedule your appointment.
As you can imagine, our customer services team is very busy at the moment. Please do not call us to check on the status of your appointment or installation. Unless you hear from us, your appointment will be going ahead. We will be using our Facebook page and website regularly to update all of our customers with any further updates.
